Meet Joanne ‘JoJo’ Blythen
Clinical experience. Lived understanding.
Founder, experienced BACP Registered Therapist and ADHD Assessor supporting adults and young people.
This work is grounded incuriosity.connection.humanity.curiosity.
Professional expertise, lived understanding and a deeply human approach. Why this work matters
Empathy and expertise belong together.

My lived experience of neurodivergence does not replace my clinical training—it complements it, bringing authenticity and an appreciation of how masking, emotional regulation, relationships and everyday demands can shape a person’s life.
Across therapy and assessment, my commitment stays the same: to listen carefully, work collaboratively, respect your lived experience and never reduce you to a checklist.
For me, this work comes back to three things: calm, curiosity and connectedness. I want you to feel calm enough to arrive as you are, met with curiosity rather than judgement, and connected enough to know that you do not have to work everything out alone.
