A person before a process

Hello, I’m Joanne.

Founder · BACP Registered Therapist · ADHD Assessor

I know that reaching out can feel vulnerable—especially if you’ve spent years feeling different, overwhelmed or misunderstood.

I offer therapy and ADHD assessment with warmth, honesty and genuine curiosity. My lived experience of neurodivergence complements my clinical training and helps me appreciate the many ways ADHD can appear in everyday life.

“You won’t be reduced to a checklist or diagnosis. You’ll be met as a whole person.”

Does any of this sound familiar?

You’re welcome here.

Maybe you’re wondering whether ADHD could explain lifelong experiences. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed, anxious or burnt out, or simply want space to understand yourself more clearly.

You don’t need the right words or a clear plan before you get in touch. We can begin with what you’re noticing and move at a pace that feels manageable.
