We make space for how neurodivergence, sexuality, gender, race, relationships and life experience interact.

LGBTQIA+ & neuroqueer affirming therapy
A space for the whole of you.
Authentic, respectful therapy where sexuality, gender, neurodivergence and identity are recognised as natural parts of human experience—not something to fix.
There is space here foridentity.belonging.all of you.identity.

LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy
I work with LGBTQIA+ people from a place of authenticity, understanding and respect. My approach is shaped by both my professional training and my own lived experience within the community.
I warmly welcome young people aged 11+, adults and people exploring any aspect of their identity. Together, we can co-create a safer, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and move at your own pace.
You may want support with:
- Identity and belonging — exploring who you are, what matters to you and where you feel connected.
- Relationships and coming out — navigating relationships, changing dynamics and decisions about if, when or how to come out.
- Gender and self-acceptance — exploring gender, expression and your relationship with yourself without assumptions or pressure.
- Societal pressures — processing discrimination, minority stress and the effects of social or systemic expectations.
- Life beyond labels — making space for everything you bring, without reducing you to one part of your identity.
“Finding a neuroqueer-affirming space was the key to being authentic and exploring subjects that had felt off-limits or full of shame.”
What neuroqueer affirming means here
Your identities are not problems to solve.
You set the language, pace and focus. You remain the expert on your experience.
We explore learned shame and societal pressure with compassion rather than judgement.
Difficulty is taken seriously without losing sight of creativity, resilience, joy and community.
A gentle first step
